Vinyl Wrap Warranty 🎨

6 Month Limited Warranty against cracking, bubbling, fading, burning. 

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, road debris, improper installation, improper use or maintenance, or any work performed by non-experienced installers. The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Paint Protection Film 🛡️

Essmo Paint Protection Films must be installed by an authorized Essmo Installer to qualify for the full 10-year limited warranty. When installed by an authorized facility, Essmo warrants the product to be free from manufacturer defects, including bubbling, cracking, peeling, and delamination, for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase.

For installations completed by personal or non-authorized installers, ESSMO provides a 5-year limited warranty covering the same manufacturer defects listed above.

Essmo Nano-Ceramic Film 🪟

Essmo's NCF is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, ensuring long-term performance and protection when properly installed and maintained. ESSMO warrants its window films to be free from manufacturing defects, including bubbling, peeling, cracking, delamination, fading, and discoloration, for the lifetime of the vehicle under the original owner.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, poor maintenance, or surface contamination. It also excludes any damage caused by accidents, glass breakage, or the use of non-approved cleaning agents (ammonia based cleaners). 

This warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

Pre-Installation Manufacturing defects: 

14 day limited warranty from the date received. Visual defect of the product or adhesive, making it unsuitable for the use for which it is intended. If the user continues to use the material when defects are knowingly present, the warranty is voided and cannot be redeemed.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage may be voided if proper aftercare is not followed, including but not limited to: lack of regular cleaning, use of non-approved cleaning agents or products, or general misuse of the film.

Essmo products are warrantied only when installed on OEM clear-coated surfaces. Installation on non-approved substrates including repainted panels, primer, polyurethane, or vinyl surfaces, automatically voids all warranty coverage.

Essmo Vinyl assumes no responsibility for repainting or surface refinishing under any circumstances if damage occurs, user assumes all risks. Installations performed on non-painted surfaces such as carbon fiber, chrome, headlights, or taillights are not covered under this warranty.

This warranty also excludes any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, road debris, severe weather conditions, vehicle accidents or any acts of nature.

The terms of this warranty cannot be modified or extended by any installer, dealer, or distributor.

If you purchased through a sales representative, please contact your dedicated sales rep for more information. We may request photos as we process your claim. If your claim is accepted we will replace the material with amount needed.
